Our son Ross came home from St. Andrew's last night. He is decidedly going to miss Scotland and all of his friends at St. Andrews. I am going to miss my excuse for further travel to Scotland. (Won't stop me from coming back though.) Just love this package photo...

Yes, I really did have some. I actually like porridge!
So what exactly is porridge? And if you could put it in the form of an equation, that'd be preferable. Something like
porridge = x(oatmeal) + y(cream of wheat)
